benjaminLAW is a self-produced independent artist and international DJ from Hong Kong. He is the first producer of Hong Kong vogue beats and infused Cantonese into vogue chants. In 2020, Benjamin released his fully self-produced debut album, “Half Bucket Water”. In the beginning of 2022, Serrini’s remix EP “NYNCH” was released and he was the producer behind these remixes, also the first local producer who mixed in Dolby Atmos on Apple Music.Benjamin has been invited to DJ at Rabbit’s Hole in Singapore for several times in 2025, as well as at Glitz Inclusive in Jakarta, Indonesia. Locally, Benjamin has DJ-ed at renowned local clubs such as Maggie Choo’s, Trilogy and Soho House, Mihn Club, Social Room, as well as bars and restaurants like Avoca at Mondrian, Murray Lane and Popinjays at The Murray, The Cruise at Hyatt Centric, Eyebar at iSquare, W Hotel, TokyoLima and more.Benjamin is a resident DJ at local gay bars such as FLM, Fa Gai and Vibranium, and occasionally spin for regular parties like Plastic Shanghai and G-Force. He also DJ-ed at the official party for HK Pride 2024, as well as at the Gay Games Hong Kong 2023 Festival Village, further cementing his status as a leading figure in the local queer music scene.Benjamin is an open-format DJ and goes a wide range of genres, but loves having pop song references to connect with the crowd. As a dancer himself, the most important mission whenever he DJs is to make people dance and have a good time.
